Ever wish you lived on a farm? Well these days a lot of young families are getting back to their roots and farming. It is often hard for young families to get into farming on a large scale. So like us, it often begins with getting your own chickens for a 4-H project or adopting 2 baby goats into your family. Then it grows into a homestead of sorts with fresh eggs, milk, homemade cheese, soaps, gardening and meats. Before you know it a few years pass and grocery shopping is almost a thing of the past 🙂
We welcome any families who would like to see our farm to give us a call and we can tell you our story as we visit the animals here at Cream of the Crop Dairy. We will send you home with a block of cheese or homemade soaps.
Brian and Alisha have both worked with scouting organizations over the past 15 yrs. We would be happy to conduct field days for Agri-tourism and Education if needed. Children will not only get to see Brian milk and enter act with the dairy goats but also see other animals on our farm.
Tours can be given upon request just contact us and we will set up a date and time that works for you.
